“Let's Talk”, is a Speech Language therapy service that provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for those affected by various communication delays and disorders.

 

Dr. Scher creates individualized programs to cater to the specific needs of each client. These individualized sessions elicit each client’s communicative strengths, to further increase their skills across the Cognitive-Linguistic, Physical-Sensory and Social-Emotional domains. Personal progress is monitored closely by Dr. Scher, to ensure continuous and optimal growth for each client.

Dr. Scher, a licensed speech-language pathologist and certified PROMPT© instructor, has over 30 years of comprehensive speech language practice in both clinical and academic settings. This experience has given way to her expertise in the field, yielding an impressive track record of positive patient outcomes. Dr. Scher is known for her warm, enthusiastic and compassionate approach to speech pathology. It is typical to find Dr. Scher on the floor with her younger clients, playing the games and activities they love in order to draw out the gift of speech. Dr. Scher’s hands on approach and use of small step progression as well as ensuring her clients consistently know what to expect in therapy leads to greater chance of  natural verbal success and confidence in their abilities . Dr. Scher’s love for her profession drives her to work harder to ensure every client has the greatest chance at the gift of speech. This love of speech, coupled with her vast experience has made her practice one of excellent client success.
